The Bondi Lions and The Bronte Bulls
Connecting with our community is what makes EBL special.
As a grassroots organisation, our club brings together local players to create Bondi Lions and Bronte Bulls teams.
The Bondi Lions and The Bronte Bulls are made up of young players from all over the Eastern Suburbs aged between 8 - 18.
It’s a great place to make new friends, develop your skills and compete. Many of our teams stay together from the under 8s until they finish school.
When you join the Bondi Lions or Bronte Bulls you receive the complete basketball experience, including:
TEAMS
You are placed into a team that suits your experience, age and training availability
COACHING
Includes weekly training sessions with an EBL Coach, court hire an EBL coach plus an EBL coach at matches.
*EBL endeavours to have the same coach at training & matches however a different coach may be assigned on occasion.
SUPPORT
Our club administrators are here for you. Questions about grading, games and schedules, we are here for you.
OFFERS
You receive discounts to EBL camps plus special offers from our sponsors: Spring Retreat, Elixr Gyms and Grill’d Burgers.
FEES:
The total cost depends on how many weeks we play in the season as each term fluctuates in weeks. The cost per week is $49.50.
SEASON 1, 2024 (9 WEEK SEASON) = $445.50**
WHAT THAT INCLUDES:
MATCH FEES
All matches for the season are covered which relates to court hire, supervisors, referees, prizes, equipment and admin of the competitions.
COACH FEES
EBL qualified coach at all training sessions and matches.
WEEKLY TRAINING SESSIONS
This cost covers venue hire, Coach and all equipment.
(15:1 Coach to player ratio)
PLAYER INSURANCE
Insurance fees of $11 per player that covers ours and yours insurance policy for sports injuries.
OTHER COSTS
The only other cost is a uniform for brand new players.
Our uniform is a Reversible Singlet + Shorts for $62 (includes shipping).
