BEFORE YOU REGISTER
IMPORTANT PLEASE READ
1. FULL SEASON PAYMENT
When you register with us you will be billed for the entire basketball season.
Our sessions run all year round in 8 to 10-week commitments (School Terms).
2. BLACKOUT PERIODS - NO CHARGE
We break for Public and School Holidays.
The system does not charge you for these periods.
3. OTHER FEES
New Learn to Play members are required to purchase a starter kit that includes a singlet, ball and a pump. The kit will be mailed to your home address. The one-off cost is $55 and will be added to your iClassPro account shortly after your initial enrolment.
Also, parents need to be aware that in addition to EBL’s fees, banks and payment support platforms are adding a surcharge to transactions handled by them. Here is a breakdown of Payrix transaction fees:
Visa/Master Card Fee: $0.33 plus 1.87%
Amex Card Fee: $0.33 plus 2.5%
Additional fee of 1.10% will apply to international cards
Failed Payment Fee: $0.33 for Bank debits (added to next payment)
Rejection Fee: $5.5 (added to next payment)
4. NO NEED TO SIGN UP EACH SEASON
You will be automatically enrolled into the next season to ensure you don't lose your spot. You will be sent a reminder when a new term is rolling over. It will give you the option to opt out (Drop Enrolment) at the end of the season.
Not Returning? - After your registered season you can opt out of future seasons. Once the current term is ending you will get an email and you can go into the portal and opt out. You can manage all your bookings, enrolments and so on via the portal HERE
5. ACTIVE KIDS VOUCHERS
AFTER you register - You will need to email us a copy of your active kids voucher. Your payment method will be refunded with $50 once we have redeemed the voucher with service NSW.
6. ABSENCES
Since there are associated ongoing cost associated with keeping children enrolled in the training, we cannot offer refunds for missing sessions due to holidays, planned absences or temporary illnesses.
7. STAY INFORMED - CHANGES DO HAPPEN!
Last minute venue, coach or other changes can happen. To receive these important emails and SMS's you need to agree to receive sms and emails from us. If you click no, you will not get critical information from us.
