Full season payment
When you register, you'll be billed for the entire season upfront. Our basketball sessions run year-round in 8 to 10-week commitments, aligned with school terms.

Additional fees
a. Starter Kit (New Learn to Play Members Only):
All new Learn to Play members are required to purchase a starter kit that includes a singlet, ball, and pump. This one-time $55 fee will be added to your iClassPro account after registration. The kit will be delivered to your home address.
b. Payment Provider Fees (via Payrix):

Our billing is auto-enrolment
No need to re-register each term - your child’s spot is automatically secured for the next season. You’ll always get a reminder before rollover with the option to opt out via the parent portal.
Not returning?
Simply cancel at the end of your current term through the parent portal (instructions included in the reminder email) or via contacting us before the next seasons charge date.
Active kids vouchers
After registering, email us your Active Kids Voucher. Once we redeem it with Service NSW, a $50 refund will be applied to your payment method.
Absences
We’re unable to offer makeups or refunds for missed sessions due to holidays, planned absences, or short-term illness. This is due to the ongoing cost of holding your child’s place in the program.
